L’articolo esprime alcune perplessità sul testo della Circolare MiBACT DGBAEP n. 18 del 25/3/2016, che introduce molte e rilevanti restrizioni in tema di interventi sul costruito storico e monumentale. Tali limitazioni, peraltro, appaiono in netto contrasto con la Direttiva ministeriale che, almeno nelle intenzioni dichiarate, la circolare voleva riassumere.

Some notes
The article presents some concerns about the text of MiBACT DGBAEP Circular No. 18 of 25/03/2016, which introduces many and significant restrictions on the interventions on historical buildings and monuments. These limitations, however, appear in contrast with the ministerial Directive which, at least in the declared intentions, the circular wanted to summarize.
